How to Start 2 Skype 4.0

This article is about how to start two skype 4.0 at the same time. If you want to use 2 skype accounts at the same time, you need to launch skype twice. You can use this trick to launch more skypes.

You must create a shortcut icon on your desktop. Click the right mouse button on the desktop and choose New -> Shortcut. In the field write this:

"C:\Program Files\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe" /secondary

click on next , and give name to the shortcut. From this Shortcut you can launch as many skypes as you want.

If you won`t to create shortcut, you can start second skype from Run. Click on Start Menu and select Run... In the field write:

"C:\Program Files\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe" /secondary

and click on OK.

If you don`t use a default skype install, then change the path with path that you choose to install skype.
