Download Skype 3.8

Many people after installing skype 4.0 are disappointed. New skype layout is very different and totally non-practical. Skype also  is too heavy for older computers. The video feature only works if both parties have a camera. It shouldn't matter. One person should be able to transmit video when they want, and others should be able to see the video without the obligation to send video back.

So if you want to change your skype 4.0 with previous version, uninstall your current installation, download skype 3.8 and install it.
